Winners of the 2022 WATCHPRO Awards were revealed last night at a spectacular gala dinner in Central London.
Over 250 leading executives, representing brands, wholesalers and retailers that collectively account for over 90% of watch sales in this country, gathered to see which teams, individuals and companies are most admired by their peers in the industry.
WATCHPRO’s voting system for the awards is by invitation-only, with executives at watch brand offices asked to vote for the retailers they most admire.
Retailers are asked to vote for the brands they most admire.

- John Burns, Watches of Switzerland Group — a 40 year veteran in the service operation who helped build workshops at stores across the UK, was intrumental in the creation of the group’s National Service Centre and a mentor to dozens of new watchmakers.
- Serena Jane Gough, Laings — Serena is overseeing Laings’ new authorised service centre in Glasgow.
- Graham Forster, Stoll UK — Graham is responsible for checking and issuing Authenticity Guarantees for all watches bought or sold on eBay for more than £2,000.
- Megan Young and Richard West, The Watch Atlelier — Megan and Richard oversaw the building of a state-of-the-art workshop housed at the Victorian Barn.
