Boegli has released the limited edition Serie Zero, offering a new complication to the brand’s classic musical movement.
This new manual movement timepiece offers a new complication: a musical movement such as one that you would find in a music-box, which plays a full melody "au passage de l’heure", every hour.
In order to make this possible, a system with three barrels was developed by Boegli which allows the winding of the barrels as well as the time setting by a single crown. The movement is showcased by a tinted sapphire crystal dial and the hands highlight the musical dimension of the watch by integrating a violin clef.
The Serie Zero is produced in titanium with a lunette in rose gold or black PVD-coated variations and has a power reserve of more than 24 hours. The bracelet is alligator leather and sports a titanium buckle.
Both models are part of a limited run of 99 pieces.
