Bering to showcase new collections at IJL

By Craig Heatly

Bering will showcase a selection of new timepieces at IJL next month, including its first radio-controlled timepiece, a smart slimline model and a timepiece collection that donates to charity.

The Danish brand has developed the slimline model to offer a point of difference to typically large radio-controlled timepiece. It is hoping the timepiece is a hit in the UK market and will aid its growth in the UK market.

Bering will also showcase its new collection of charity watches at IJL. The Time to Care models have already raised almost £48,000 for charity and based on this achievement the brand is increasing the number of pieces available from 1,000 to 3,000, retailing from £179 to £219.

All profits from the sale of the Time to Care range will go to Polar Bears International to aid the fight to preserve the species.

Bering will also feature their range of classic and ceramic watches which will launch new models later in the year.
