Bering charity watch to benefit polar bear group

Bering has created a charity watch that will benefit a conservation group aiming save the polar bears.

The Arctic-inspired watch and jewellery brand has been campaigning for the conservation of the polar bear since 2011.
Now it has created a limited, numbered run of 2,181 pieces in stainless steel and blue ceramic with a sapphire crystal glass and a single diamond at the 12 o’clock position.

Bering will donate US $15 (£9.60) for every watch sold to animal welfare organisation Polar Bears International, making for a potential donation of US $32,715 (£20,900). The watches will cost £199 in the UK.

The organisation’s current campaign ‘Save Our Sea Ice’ seeks to draw attention to the endangered habitat of the polar bears and seek solutions to deal with climate change, the warming Arctic and the endangered natural environment of the polar bears.
