Axion welcomes brand variety at London Watch Show

Axion has welcomed the opportunity to exhibit alongside both established and fledgling brands at the London Watch Show.

The Swiss-made watch brand, which makes watches that allow pilots to see local time and GMT simultaneously, is looking forward to using the London Watch Show as a launch pad, alongside the more established brands that are exhibiting.

Axion founder and owner Glynn Barker said: "I hope the show will offer my company the opportunity of introducing our brand and our range of gents and ladies watches to the movers and shakers of the British watch industry. The show offers an unrivalled opportunity for new challenger brands to be seen on an equal footing to the more established brands and we look forward to introducing ourselves to the world via the London Watch Show."

Barker also said that the London Watch Show provides an opportunity to exhibit for brands that are unable to attend BaselWorld. "I think the London Watch Show is long overdue as we have an increasingly diverse and creative industry whose products are of the highest standards," he said. "Not all companies can show their work at Baselworld so with London’s strategic importance in regard to location and commerce it is vital to have a show in the UK."
