There are times when I think people have had too much time on their hands during lock down, dreaming up fantastical digital ideas that keep their brand in the public eye.
Other times, these ideas become something genuinely creative, as is the case with a concept involving German artists turning Nomos Glashutte watches into contemporary masterpieces.
Nomos has been releasing one artwork per month, and they have built up into a gallery that would brighten any corner of an imaginative watch retailer.
This month is the turn of a piece from Sarah Illenberger, a world-famous artist, designer and illustrator from Berlin, who depicts two Nomos watches as a pair of swimmer’s goggles. The ultimate dive watch, you might say.
