Pocket is own-brand specialist Peers Hardy’s very own brand. Taking inspiration from the elongated watch from Salvador Dali’s Persistence of Memory painting and launched earlier this year, Pocket makes a bold statement on any wrist.
This medium-sized, quartz-powered chronograph pairs the boldest of blues with a vibrant rose gold case to dramatic effect. The case-matched gold Arabic numerals expand out in size towards the edge of the dial while lugs and chrono pushers jut out at unexpected angles.
The finishing touch is a gloss, almost wet-look lizard print strap. While the colour combination used here is powerful, creating a memorable watch, it is perhaps one of the more subdued in the range, giving an indication of just how loud the collection hollers.
