WatchWarehouse wins Google online seal of approval

WatchWarehouse has received the Google stamp of approval, becoming the latest online watch retailer to join the Google Certified Shops programme.

The independent online watch retailer, part of family-run business Peter Burrowes Ltd, will now carry the Google Certified Shops badge which helps identify online merchants offering ‘a great shopping experience’ through their track record of on-time shipping and customer service.

Sophie Turnbull, WatchWarehouse’s online marketing manager, said: “We are so pleased to receive the Google Certified Shops badge. It’s a great accolade and we are always striving to improve our online experience for our customer.”

As an added benefit, when a shopper makes a purchase at a Google Certified Shops, they have the option to select free purchase protection from Google. Then in the unlikely event of an issue with their purchase, they can request Google’s help, and Google will work with WatchWarehouse and the customer to address the issue. As part of this, Google offers up to £1,000 lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases.
