WatchPro at SIHH: De Bethune

On its quest for horological perfection De Bethune revealed its DB25 World Traveller at SIHH, a watch that seeks to de-clutter the famously busy Worldtimer complication.

David Zanetta and Denis Flageollet have achieved this by using a mix of indicators including traditional hands for the home timezone , a revolving micro-sphere for the GMT timezone and a small peripheral arrow pointing to the date.

Not content with reinventing the presentation of the worldtimer, De Bethune has also crafted the balance wheel from titanium (with white gold inserts) and the balance wheel from silicon for the shock-resistant escapement.
