Garmin’s Vivoactive GPS smartwatch is finding favour with sporting goods stores, and will go on sale online at Sweatshop.co.uk this week for £199.99.
The gadget is designed to help improve the active lifestyle with built in apps for tracking running, biking, golfing, swimming, even when it isn’t communicating with a smartphone.
Fitness enthusiasts may already be familiar with Garmin Connect Mobile tracking software, which is used to gather, display and share data.
The Vivoactive also has lifestyle features such as vibration alerts to keep you on top of emails, text messages, phone calls and other notifications.
The watch lasts three weeks on one charge and can be customised with free watch designs, apps and widgets on its high resolution touchscreen.
