This quirky looking automatic Breitling for Bentley Flying B wristwatch sold for £2,728, including premium, at Fellows’ quarterly Vintage & Modern Wristwatch auction, which featured 360 lots.
The auction included an eclectic mix of watches from vintage survivors, to contemporary pieces. Bidding was intense with a packed salesroom of keen buyers and a flurry of activity coming from the telephones, as well as the live online bidding platforms where more than 600 people from more than 30 countries registered. The hammer total for the auction was £465,401, including premium.
