UK retailers of Roamer and Swiss Military watches have completed a three day fact-finding trip in Switzerland.
Jason Hughes from W J Strange, Richard Berry from Carrs Jewellers, Joseph Cunningham from Nettletons, Lee Hanslow from Henry Johnstone, Jo Cole from Clusters, Melvin Wilkinson from Richard Sinton and Ivy Davis from House of Fraser were invited to visit the factories that produce the watches in Mendrisio by distributor Inter City Group following exceptional sales performances.
The group buffed up on their brand histories with a tour of the facilities also viewing first-hand how the watches are constructed by hand and then undergo the quality testing that gives the brands enough confidence in its products to offer a five year guarantee.
The retailers were also shown the success that the brands have achieved in other markets while staying on Lake Lucerne.
