TAG Heuer will reveal its first smart watch at a press conference in New York today and has invited the industry to watch live as it does so.
The Swiss brand, part of LVMH’s watch division and headed by legendary industry figure Jean-Claude Biver, will unveil the TAG Heuer Connected that it has created in partnership with Google and Intel in New York at 16.00 GMT.
It has welcomed the entire industry to watch the press conference via a live internet stream hosted by WatchPro above.
The smart watch collaboration was announced at Baselworld in March although no details have been forthcoming except the watch’s silhouette featured in the countdown.
The only description of the product so far has been “a product that is both luxurious, and seamlessly connected to its wearer’s daily life – a culmination of innovation, creativity and design from Silicon Valley in California and the Watch Valley in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland”
