TAG Heuer and Zenith have joined forces to create the LVMH School of Watchmaking in partnership with the LVMH Institut des Métiers d’Excellence.
It is the first time that two LVMH brands have come together to developing watchmaking skills.
The programme, which is run by Institut des Métiers d’Excellence, aims is to distill the expertise of both manufacturers by giving students access and exposure to other watch brand and disciplines within the group.
People taking the courses will work towards recognised qualifications.
Jean-Claude Biver, president of the LVMH Group Watch Division, and Chantal Gaemperle, director of human resources and synergies and a member of LVMH Group executive committee, opened the training facility.
