Girard-Perregaux has created its first authorised service centre in the UK in partnership with Swisstec, an Essex-based business that already works with JeanRichard, Omega, Ebel and Ball.
Tony Coe, Swisstec managing director, said GP approached his company a year ago looking for a suitable facility in the UK that could offer the technical resources that they required for their products, and the two companies sealed the deal this year.
“Girard Perregaux have been established in the United Kingdom for a long time, we are the only Girard Perregaux Service centre in the country and aim to work with our colleagues in Switzerland to offer the level of service required by such a prestigious and Horologically important brand,” said Coe.
“Girard Perregaux is a great brand to work with because of their philosophy towards watchmaking. Their innovation and technical expertise is displayed in the products that we are fortunate to work on. Our association with Girard Perregaux allows us the opportunity to display the level of horological ability that we can offer, and the associated customer service that we can provide for our clients,” Coe added.
