Hublot has re-opened in Harrods’ Fine Watch Room, which has been mostly closed for a major redevelopment since the summer.
The Hublot boutique exhibits the brand’s Art of Fusion concept in a gallery of modern art displayed against materials such as steel and glass, black ash wood and grey alcantara.
The design of the 32sqm space is both futuristic and sophisticated, the company says, with six Hublot Pop Art artworks bringing colour to the mainly monochrome and mirrored interior.
Ricardo Guadalupe, Hublot CEO, declared his delight at the new store. “2017 has been a milestone year for Hublot at Harrods. After taking over the Brompton Road exhibition windows in October to start the Art of Fusion World Tour, Hublot has opened a new landmark Boutique on 2nd December ahead of the refurbishment of the entire Fine Watch Room. Such refurbishment is part of Harrods’ willingness to offer not only the utmost quality of service but also the greatest offer of products to its customers and Hublot is proud to partner with Harrods to achieve this ultimate goal.”
