Royal London Watches signs up to London Watch Show

Condor Group has signed up to exhibit at the London Watch Show in July with its timepiece brand Royal London Watches.

Royal London is owned by London-based company Condor Group, which serves a network of more than 2,500 retail jewellers across the UK and exports watch brands to 40 countries worldwide, from Iceland, New Zealand, the Middle East and Indonesia, to Australia, Canada and the rest of Europe.

At the London Watch Show Royal London will present seasonal launches, including a range of automatic wristwatches for gentlemen, which the brand describes as "unique in the UK market for offering precision Miyota automatic movements at exceptional value price-points".

Other highlights will include a collection of WWII-themed watches that are faithful reproductions of historic originals. Among the range is the robust Energized model, created with the sportsman in mind, plus an extensive range of pocket watches for ladies and gents.

Royal London Watches head of UK Sales and Marketing David Stokes said: "We have chosen to exhibit at the London Watch Show because there isn’t any other exhibition like it in the UK and we were keen to support this launch event. All the other shows in this country offer a mix of watches and jewellery, but for us the focus is very much on watches and we want to target serious buyers in this sector.

"We think it offers a fantastic opportunity for us to promote our Royal London brand at a London-based event, and it’s also great to be working in conjunction with [media partner] WatchPro magazine, which I think opens out some excellent promotional opportunities."

Royal London will join fellow London Watch Show exhibitors Accurist, Ball Watches,Bulova, Casio, Fendi, Festina, Glam Rock, Holler, Junghans, Jorg Gray, Lulu Guinness, Metal CH, Philip Stein, Suunto, Timex, TW Steel and Wryst.
