Rolex concession planned for Meadowhall Goldsmiths

Goldsmiths is adding 3240 square feet of retail space within Yorkshire’s Meadowhall shopping centre, which began a £50 million refurbishment in September.

Goldsmiths will use the additional space to add a Rolex concession within its store in the Park Lane end of the mall.

Meadowhall, which is located midway between Sheffield and Rotherham, is owned and operated by British Land.

Richard Crowther, asset manager at British Land, said: “This is further evidence of how investing in our assets yields results, and is testament to our strong relationships with retailers. The success of the Park Lane refurbishment gives us confidence that the centre wide works will further position Meadowhall as a leading shopping destination and will ensure we meet the evolving needs of our occupiers and shoppers.”

The internal refurbishment is due for completion by the end of 2017. F.Hinds, Beaverbooks and Ernest Jones are also tenants in the shopping centre.
