Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewelry Co. has achieved Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certification, joining other luxury brands including Girard-Perregaux and Hublot.
According to Callum Barton, chairman of the Ralph Lauren Watch & Jewelry Co., this accomplishment “gives assurance that we are upholders of the highest standards and that the origin of our raw materials is carefully and comprehensively documented.”
Ralph Lauren recently joined the Fondation de La Haute Horlogerie (FHH) to help promote and safeguard luxury watchmaking.
The RJC is an international non-profit organisation with more than 400 members, all accredited by third-party auditors. It aims to ensure ethical and environmental practices throughout the jewellery and watch industries.
