Festina’s UK distributor, Unique & Co, says that the 2017 Chronobike collection will now be in stores in time for the summer cycling events.
The Spanish watch brand has built its image alongside key global cycling events, and its 2017 chronographs borrow design features and characteristics from bicycles including the pushers looking like the brake pads of a mountain bike; the case back resembling a brake disc; the screws on the bezel inspired by the wheel hubs and the steel bracelet adopting a chain link effect.
This year’s collection (F20327) includes eight stainless steel models with a case diameter of 44mm and mineral glass.
All watches will come with and interchangeable rubber strap.
There is also a more exclusive 2017 Chronobike Special Edition with superior finishing, such as sapphire glass and black and copper IP treatment. It comes with special packaging containing an additional strap and the tool to change it.
The RRP for the Chrono bike is £285 and this year the watch comes with a solid metal bracelet and additional interchangeable rubber strap inclusive. The RRP for the Special Edition is £429.
