Parmigiani Fleurier launches new Bugatti models

By Craig Heatly

Parmigiani Fleurier and car manufacturer Bugatti have announced the continuation of their eight year partnership with the launch of two new models, the Bugatti Vitesse Titanium and the Bugatti Super sport in rose gold, unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

The launch of the watches comes two years after the success of the original Bugatti Super Sport, a watch that was inspired by the Bugatti Veyron16.4 Super Sport car. Not only will they launch the two new timepieces but they will also debut the restored 1935 Bugatti T57 Selection Torpedo which has been fully restored by car enthusiast Jim Hull.

The Bugatti Vitesse comes in either a blue or orange strap and white Texalium dial – a material similar to carbon fibre – which is displayed at a 90 degree angle to make it easier to read when driving. Its is sealed with a gasket to ensure water resistance.

Both watches feature the crown set with a lapis lazuli cabochon with the initials of Parmigiani Fleurier engraved.
