Jewellery retailer Fraser Hart has hired Paul Owen as its new retail director as part of the business’ ongoing development plans.
Owens has a background in retail and has held several senior retail managements positions during his career. Most recently he was customer and stores director for electronics retailer Best Buy Europe.
He will join Fraser Hart on August 12 and will be responsible for all areas of retail management, including store operations, people development and training, after-sales and service, property management and visual merchandising.
Fraser Hart is owned by Anthony Nicholas Group alongside Irish retail chain Fields and jewellery wholesale business Solvar. The group’s chief executive Noel Coyle said: “I believe this appointment will be a key element in the on-going development of Fraser Hart and look forward to welcoming Paul into the Fraser Hart team and to the contribution he will make as we strive towards the achievement of our vision.”
