German consumer goods brand Braun has launched on Mr Porter with 12 watches, one clock and two calculators.
The pre-eminent online retailer was attracted by the Dieter Rams-inspired design of the minimalist brand, which does away with any traces of smart technology or horological complications.
Three of the watches along with the travel clock and both calculators have also been selected for inclusion in their AW16 look book, which releases later this year.
“We’re delighted and very proud to announce Mr Porter as the latest stockist for Braun watches and clocks,” said Javier Guerra, general sales manager for Zeon Ltd, who have the licence for the watches here in the UK. “Mr Porter is the perfect fit for the Braun brand, bringing two iconic design and style influencers together,” Guerra continued.
