Michel Herbelin pitches at fashionable women about town with 5th Avenue collection

French watchmaker Michel Herbelin has taken inspiration from New York for its key collection this autumn with the launch of 5th Avenue watches.

The timepieces take their name from Manhattan’s prestigious shopping street, which the brand hopes will chime with its “fashion-conscious woman about town” target market.

The watches have a shiny, highly polished metal finish designed to accentuate the clean, uninterrupted sides and rounded corners of the square case.

They are given a modern twist with the choice of brightly coloured leather straps.

Three sizes are available: 20.5 x 19mm, 22.5 x 17mm and 25.5 x 19mm.

Each is offered in either stainless steel or rose gold PVD cases with sapphire crystal glass.

The watches are made in France using Swiss Ronda 751 quartz movements.

Retail prices range from £265-£350.
