Meistersinger marches into London’s Oxford Street with John Lewis listing

Meistersinger is launching at John Lewis on Oxford Street, the department store’s flagship property.

The watch room is run by The Watch Gallery, which was recently acquired by Switzerland’s Boucherer.

The German watch brand has also recently been added to Johnlewis.com, which is also run by The Watch Gallery.

MeisterSinger builds mechanical wristwatches that present the time using a single hour hand on a 24-hour circular dial.

The 2017 edition of its premium-line Circularis models have been launched this week in the UK by Meistersigner’s distributor The Blue Company.

They follow the signature design of a single hand to tell the time, and have a date aperture at 3 o’clock and a power reserve indicator at 9 o’clock.

Its movement has twin mainspring barrels, delivering a power reserve of 120 hours when fully wound.

The 43mm steel-cased Circularis Power Reserve with date is available in four versions including black markers on a white dial, white on black, gold on blue and blue on cream.
