Meccaniche Veloci has joined forces with ceramic brake specialists Brembo to create a collection of carbon ceramic watches, due to be unveiled at Salon QP next month.
The Italian brand will bring the new collection of timepieces to the London show – limited edition versions of its Quattro Valvole, 48 Four Strokes and Due Valvole in carbon ceramic material (CCM) – where it will host an official presentation for the line.
The range features carbon ceramic dials with a swirling grey-black appearance. Meccaniche Veloci uses high pressure water jet technology to mould the hard-wearing carbon ceramic material, which is used for the thin plates of the dial, while the cases are crafted in titanium.
