Maurice Lacroix has signed a three year partnership with FC Barcelona which sees the Swiss brand become official watch partner of the footballing giant.
The deal will see the watchmaker benefit from exposure to FC Barcelona’s worldwide fanbase of 300 million admirers and 100 million social media followers and offer three new watches catering for football fans and watch aficionados alike.
Josep Maria Bartomeu, President of FC Barcelona, said: “FC Barcelona is proud to launch a partnership with such a modern and dynamic brand as Maurice Lacroix. We are convinced that the success of this strategic alliance will have a global impact.”
The entry level will be an affordable Swiss “fan” timepiece aimed at supporters of the club while two mechanical pieces aimed at “Players” and “Executives” offer higher end pieces that will be sold through all FC Barcelona boutiques and Maurice Lacroix’s own worldwide network of retailers.
