Lotus brand ambassador Marc Marquez is currently the leading rider in the Moto GP championship and could potentially become the new World Champion this weekend.
If Marquez wins the title, he will be the youngest world champion to date and would have achieved this in his first season of Moto GP. Spanish brand Lotus, which is distributed in the UK by Unique Jewelry, has been celebrating its ambassador and introducing the new Marc Marquez collection through a new advertising campaign that comprises a TV advert and new artwork.
The campaign is inspired by the comparison it makes between Marquez’s debut in the world of Moto GP and paranormal phenomena. The campaign presents him as somebody from another world. The text used in the visuals reads: ‘From another planet. Where nobody asks who he is or where he is going. Just when he’ll get there.’
The new chronograph collection has a sporty and young design and comprises six watches and one limited edition model.
