Licensing expert Jolley appointed Zeon GM

Watch house Zeon has appointed licensing specialist Esther Jolley as its new general manager.

Jolley takes on the newly created role, joining from global brand licensing agency, Beanstalk, where she served as associate vice president of brand development.

Jolley has spent the majority of her career in the licensing industry, managing both European and global brand extension programmes for clients including Procter and Gamble, Jaguar, Land Rover and Harley-Davidson. She was also part of the leadership team in Beanstalk’s London office.

In her new position as general manager, Jolley will work alongside the senior management team to drive growth at Zeon and will work with chairperson Monica Bloch and recently appointed managing director Simon Gilham to develop company strategy across all departments.

She will also work with the team to build on Zeon’s stable of brands which already includes Barbour, Vivienne Westwood and Braun as well as Zeon’s portfolio of character licenses.

Managing Director Simon Gilham said: “Esther has a strong background in licensing and business development. The combination of her wealth of experience and unique skill set will be a great asset to Zeon.”
