Junghans has scooped a major award at the GQ Time Award 2015 in Germany, which named its Meister Chronoscope the best entry level watch of the year.
The winning watches were voted for by readers of GQ Germany and an international panel of expert jurors from a shortlist of nearly 100 watch brands over Dress, Entry Level, Wearable and Sports watch categories.
The winning models, which currently feature in a special watch supplement of GQ Germany, were honoured at a gala evening held in Munich two weeks ago.
Thomas Fiedler, marketing director at Junghans, said: "Receiving the GQ Time Award is a great honour for us. The fact that our Meister Chronoscope model won over both GQ readers and the expert jury is especially pleasing and shows that German-made quality and design are appreciated."
