Jaeger-LeCoultre has continued its presence in the Dark Knight movie trilogy, having appeared in this summer’s blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises.
Christian Bale’s character Bruce Wayne wears a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Grande Date in the movie. The Reverso has been part of director Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy.
A limited Reverso Grande Taille timepiece was created 17 years ago with the Batman logo engraved and lacquered on its solid case-back. A similar design of the watch features in the The Dark Knight Rises with the Bat Shield design only visible when it’s case is reversed.
The brand is now touring its new Reverso Batman timepiece at a number of its global boutiques, with a stopover in London during July, as well as Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Geneva.
