Hublot taps into Chinese demand for Swiss made

Hublot’s store opening in Ningbo Tianyi International Shopping Mall marks the brand’s continued growth in China.

The store opening is said to be "another milestone" for Hublot in relation to China’s most economically developed southeast region.

The brand is also planning to hold a watch exhibition with its Art of Fusion theme, from June 15 to 30 at the new store. Visitors will be able to see the breadth of the Swiss watchmaking technology used in Hublot timepieces, in models that include the Big Bang, Classic Fusion, King Power and others.

Hublot partnered with CTF Watch to open the store in Ningbo, a Chinese city that is said to symbolise the fusion between tradition and strong economic momentum. The location is also said to draw numerous timepiece connoisseurs.

The store is Hublot’s ninth store in China. It now has over 60 stores in luxury shopping centres around the world, which also includes three retail counters in Beijing, Dalian and Wuhan.

The expansion in China is part of Hublot’s position as a Swiss watch brand maximising on the Chinese market’s potential.
