Hublot signs up Dallas Cowboys as ambassadors

Hublot has increased its already enviable presence in across the world of sport by signing up American Football legends, the Dallas Cowboys.

The team become the latest to serve as Hublot brand ambassadors, joining the likes of Basketball luminaries the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers; Usain Bolt, Pele, and football teams Bayern Munich and the Paris Saint-Germain. The Swiss brand is also official timekeeper of both Formula 1 and Ferrari.

The agreement sees the Swiss brand become the official luxury watch and timekeeper of the Cowboys. Hublot chief executive officer Ricardo Guadalupe joined Dallas Cowboys’ owner and general manager Jerry Jones in Dallas to announce the partnership.

Guadalupe commented: “Collaborating with an iconic team like the Dallas Cowboys felt like a natural addition to our ever-growing platform of unique and exciting partnerships across the world, which also includes the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, Bayern Munich, FIFA, and international football God Pelé to name a few. The Dallas Cowboys are an American institution; they are the world’s favorite football team. At Hublot, we strive to Be First, Be Different, and Be Unique. We have a long-standing history with the world of professional sports. We were the first luxury brand to enter the game of football (soccer) as well as NBA with the Miami Heat, and we are thrilled to become the first luxury brand to ever partner with an American football team.”

The Dallas Cowboys are among the most famed football franchises in the world, boasting five Super Bowl Championships since its inception into the NFL in 1960, and sharing a record for having made the most appearances in the Super Bowl.

The brand will mark the partnership with three custom, limited edition Dallas Cowboys-branded pieces featuring the team’s blue and silver colours.
