Henry London hopes vintage inspired timepiece will shine

Henry London has unveiled its new Moonphase collection which has been inspired by a vintage timepiece.

The Moonphase calibre, which is a tribute to Henry’s original watch from 1965, is designed to evoke the ties between watchmaking and astronomy and is a rare new addition for 2016.

The watch displays the day and month, and an arc shaped dial shows the phases of the moon.

The Moonphase is being retailed in an array of styles and colours and ranges from £135-£165. The watch can also be personalised with engraving on the back of the face.

Henry London’s reveal comes as it announced a massive outdoor advertising campaign in the run up to Christmas, designed to be seen 29 million times a fortnight.

Paul Harry, Henry London international sales and marketing director, commented on the campaign: “Based on the impact of our 2016 outdoor campaign we decided to go bigger and better this year. Our new visuals, produced in collaboration with renowned creative agency Mother London, belong on billboards.”
