Chronoswiss to make its Only Watch debut

Chronoswiss will appear at the Only Watch Charity auction for the first time this September.

For its debut appearance at Only Watch and to mark its own 30th anniversary year, Chronoswiss has created a manually wound timepiece that packs an artistic punch, in-house. The Three Apes pays homage to the traditional crafts of guilloché, skeletonisation and fire enamel. All three techniques have been used.

The decorative three apes are said to be symbolic of the typical human response of denial in the face of diseases and aims to boost awareness of support needed for muscular dystrophy.

This year marks the fifth edition of the Only Watch charity auction, which is scheduled for September 28 in Monaco. The auction is organised by the Monaco Association against Muscular Dystophy. The auction will see approximately 40 watch brands contribute a unique piece and all the profits will fund research on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
