It was a fun-filled evening for almost 500 guests at the WatchPro Hot 100 party at the Roof Gardens in Kensington, where Bransom Retail Systems added a little magic to the event with some impressive sleight-of-hand from renowned magician Robert Fox.

His close-up card tricks totally astounded his audience as he moved around the party, leaving many open-mouthed at his dexterity.

As Technology Partner for the next 3 years of both the WatchPro and Professional Jeweller Hot 100 events, Bransom also handed out free Smarties and used two competitions to demonstrate the abilities of its bsmart stock and EPoS system.

Guests were each given a VIP pass with a unique barcode, which when scanned by the Bransom team gave the holder a chance to win exclusive gifts from main Hot 100 partner Swarovski, demonstrating some of the capabilities of the company’s new web-based mobile stocktaking system.

“We could move around freely with a tablet and Bluetooth scanner anywhere in the venue, which shows just how mobile and user-friendly our system is” reported Daren Daniels, Sales & Marketing for Bransom. “Imagine being that mobile while stocktaking in a store – this new system makes the stocktake so much easier and allows you to reconcile issues as you go. It also makes it more fun!”

A second competition used text messaging to enter a draw for the chance to win a large box of Smarties (48 tubes) every month for a year. Bransom’s system allows both text and email to be easily used for customer communications.

“Using our systems to have fun while demonstrating what our products are capable of definitely engaged with the guests, and we look forward to the next events with great excitement and anticipation” summarises Bransom’s MD Chris Garland.
