Bransom helps boost sales with bsmart training

Bransom Retail Systems is teaching its customers how to boost sales and customer satisfaction by mastering its bsmart2 stock and electronic point of sale (EPoS) system

The software company stresses that expert staff using its bsmart2 solution will be much more than just cashiers. They can use the system to become VIP customer service agents.

Bransom offers a series of training courses designed to improve skills with bsmart2, and turn those skills into business development tools for watch and jewellery retailers.

“A further benefit of such training is the sharing of experiences and ideas with attendees from other clients, and the enthusiasm this often generates,” the company says.

Courses are usually held at Bransom’s training facilities in Hertfordshire, and led by experienced trainers with extensive knowledge of the watch and jewellery trade.

Each session focuses on one module of the bsmart2 system and how to get the most out of it in daily business.

Topics include the till/EPoS system, accounts, repairs management, customer marketing and stocktaking.

There is also a masterclass session, aimed at helping owners and managers use the tools within bsmart2 to improve their overall business.
