Swiss watch brand Alpina will be launched in Harrods this side of Christmas.
The brand’s UK distributor Argento Fine Products announced the news to WatchPro and said that it will be the Alpina Flyback Chronograph and the Horological Smartwatch that the world renowned department store will take on.
It is a significant step for Alpina, which this year has been turning heads (along with its sister brand Frederique Constant) after releasing the aforementioned Horological Smartwatch, which utilises the MotionX software platform.
Indeed, earlier this month it was a joint winner of WatchPro’s Smart Watch of the Year. The brand will be confident that its presence in Harrods will add a huge amount of credibility to its fusion of smart watch technology and Swiss craftsmanship.
