88 Rue Du Rhone has confirmed that it will return as Official Watch and Timing Partner of the BAFTA Awards for the second consecutive year.
The Swiss watch brand has created a limited-edition watch to celebrate the partnership. The watch, which has an engraving of the EE British Academy of Film and Television Arts logo on the caseback, will be gifted to BAFTA winners, citation readers and attendees.
88 Rue Du Rhone will also give a number of the watches away to members of the public through competition son social media.
There are two versions of the watch, one for men and one for women.
The classically styled gents’ timepiece has a 45mm black PVD case, black dial, date display, chronograph functions, framed silver sub dials a black padded calf-leather alligator grain strap and ardillon buckle.
The ladies’ chronograph has a 35mm black PVD case that houses a black patterned dial featuring six diamonds and rose gold Roman numerals. The hands, crown and buttons are finished with a rose gold treatment and the watch has a gloss black padded calf leather strap with alligator grain
The BAFTA Awards will this year take place on February 16.
