Ahead of Baselworld 2016 in March Raymond Weil has released details of a skeletonised addition to its signature Freelancer collection.
The 42.5mm Freelancer Skeleton carries an all-black colour scheme from its PVD-coated steel case to its calfskin leather strap offset by rose gold-plated detailing including central hour, minute and second hands as well as hour markers.
The half-open black galvanic dial reveals the complex mechanism at the heart of the watch, which can be viewed through the sapphire crystal watch glass and caseback and is decorated with circular-grained bridges and ruthenium finish. The automatic calibre features a 38-hour power reserve.
The Freelancer collection was launched by Raymond Weil in 2006 and has since become the brand’s signature collection.
