Omnichannel retailers operate across physical and online stores and all of the finalists have made massive strides in the past few years to present themselves to customers in an equally sophisticated way across cyberspace and the high street.

Award winner Watchfinder is the only finalist that began life entirely online, and only recently added seven stores. Perhaps this gave the business the edge to win the vote.
